Carmen adapter
downloads.

Get the adapter prepared for your company's NetSuite Sandbox. Your Carmen contact will provide a private download key and help your administrator complete installation.

Open secure Sandbox download

This opens Carmen's Google Cloud staging environment. These packages are for an approved Sandbox setup, not NetSuite production.

Before you begin

Have your private download key ready

Enter it only on the secure download screen. It is separate from your NetSuite API Secret. This website does not collect either credential.
Confirm your Sandbox account

Check the NetSuite account shown with your package. Each adapter is prepared for a specific account.
Install with your administrator

Your NetSuite administrator completes the assisted setup with Carmen. Downloading a package does not activate your license or connect your account.

Need a key or a replacement package? Contact your Carmen representative. Use only the secure link provided by Carmen. Never enter your NetSuite API credential on this page.
