- Review your workflow. We read your request and contact you to understand the task and your current process.
- Confirm fit and setup. Together we check current capabilities, your NetSuite configuration and administrator prerequisites.
- Agree a focused pilot. We choose the users, workflow and checks that will make the evaluation useful.
- Evaluate the results. Your team reviews the output and feedback with us before discussing the next step.
Beta participation is limited and agreed with the team. Pilot timing, scope and commercial terms are discussed directly.
What a pilot is designed to answer
Can Carmen help with a task your team repeats? Start with one financial investigation, reporting question or documentation handover. Agree the reference result and measure the time to an answer your reviewer can verify.
For L2.b Documentation, include the destination, source-processing setup and a review of document versions and preserved notes. For the upcoming Administrator tools, bring example IT or Operations tickets to help shape the discussion.
Before your conversation
A short workflow description is enough to start. It helps to know who uses the result and whether a NetSuite administrator can support setup. Pocket Detective requires an active Carmen license and an administrator-enabled account.
